Jnode

A Jtrix command line node. It adds group communication and resource facilities on top of Nodality. It also introduces the concept of ``bootstrap netlets''. Bootstrap netlets can be run when jnode boots, and are granted privileged access to I/O streams. An example of this is Hospitality. It uses the group comms and resource facilities to provide a hosting service, and it outputs its admin warrant to a file (using the I/O streams) which can then be read by other bootstrap netlets.
