Core services

To recap: a service is an on-line facility that is always there. If a netlet wants a service, and it has a warrant for it, then a service netlet is attached to the first netlet and becomes part of it, able to carry out service (with the possible help of remote or non-Jtrix components behind the scenes).

On top of the key features of a node, a number of key services are provided as part of the Jtrix package.

An important part of these services is that they have standard interfaces. This means several people can compete to offer the same services, perhaps with different implementations or costs. Standard interfaces give Harry flexibility and independence, ensuring he is never tied to a single provider and always has the opportunity to switch.
