Basic discovery services

A node also offers basic discovery services for netlets. This allows a netlet to arrive with nothing but a knowledge of what kind of services it will need to run. The node can help it find these. Of course, it will help if the netlet also arrives with a small bag of money to pay for its hosting while it find its services, and for it to go on and use them. We will cover money shortly (Section [*]).
